During the pilot, you can easily report bugs, ask questions, or suggest improvements directly from the Vairo web app and Chrome extension. Your feedback is sent to the Vairo team instantly and includes helpful context automatically.

Feedback Types

When reporting feedback, select the type that best fits your situation:

Type When to use
Bug Something is broken or not working as expected
Question You need help or clarification on how something works
Suggestion An idea to improve the experience or a missing feature
Data issue Incorrect, missing, or duplicate data (travelers, corporates, policies)

Reporting from the Web App

The web app uses a feedback widget that appears on every page.

How to report

  1. Look for the feedback button in the bottom-right corner of the screen
  2. Click it to open the feedback widget
  3. You can capture a screenshot — the widget highlights the current page and lets you annotate it (draw arrows, add text, highlight areas)
  4. Select the feedback type (Bug, Question, Suggestion, or Data issue)
  5. Add a description of what you’re experiencing
  6. Click Submit
